What might cost extra
We always tell you before we start if anything falls outside the standard price. Common extras include:
- Extended gas pipework or re-routing (quoted on site)
- New isolation valve installation
- Electrical circuit upgrades (e.g. no existing 32A outlet)
- Stability brackets for range cookers on uneven floors

I don’t charge call-out fees or minimum charges. The price you see on this page is the price you pay for a standard installation — no surprises, no extras tacked on at the end. If extra work is needed, I’ll explain what and why before I start, and you decide whether to go ahead.

Yes. Every cooker installation price includes a certificate and written installation record at no extra cost. For gas and dual fuel jobs this is a Gas Safe certificate; for electric jobs a written installation record confirming the work has been carried out safely.
